How much is shipping?

Hong Kong & Macau:

Free shipping to Hong Kong for buying $500 or up.

HK$50 per order if less than $500.

Delivery time is 2-4 business days.

Other Countries:

HK $200 per order.

Delivery time depending on location.

What happens if I want to return an item?

You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to submit a return request. Be sure the item(s) hasnot been worn, washed, or damaged, and that you send it back in its original packaging and box. You may submit a return request with your name, order number, and item(s) to be returned to sup@onefit.me

What happens if I want to exchange an item?
